Family Photograph, Christmas Card Template - Melbourne Photographer

Well, as loooooong as this year has been, I also can’t believe that it’s almost over! It seems time flies whether you’re having fun or not!

It’s back to Family & Newborn Photography in Melbourne Again

Since the Lockdown in Melbourne let up I have enjoyed jumping back into my Melbourne Family Photography Business and doing what I love – capturing beautiful memories for the lovely families I get to work with! I have had a jam-packed four weeks (there’s nothing quite like jamming four months worth of work into four weeks) but it has been wonderful!

I know us Melbournians are super proud of the last month with zero new cases over the last thirty days! And after a painful and lengthy lockdown, I think getting into the swing of silly season is at the top of everyone’s list. We all deserve some much needed friends and family time as well as some fun in the sun!

Let me help you share your photos this Christmas

And what better way set a holiday mood than to send out a good ol’ fashioned Christmas card? I’ve designed this cute Christmas Card Template and I’m sharing it here for you to customise and use!

The template is designed in Canva which is a really easy (and free) online software to use. Just click on the link to open the template in Canva and start adding your photos. Change the name at the bottom of the card to your family name and then print it as a JPEG.

You can then use this design and have personalised Christmas cards printed. Or if old fashioned isn’t your style, you can just share on social media or WhatsApp etc! Talk about the best of both worlds!

I’ve made a video so you can see the process

Last year I also used Canva for some Christmassy crafts - we turned some images taken at the Christmas ArtVo installations (usually dotted around Crown, Melbourne) into some fun Christmas decor!

Print your photos and use your digital images to get the most out of them

I’m a big believer of displaying photos. I mean we go through all the effort of getting the photos in the first place and yet so many get lost in random files on our computers and phones.

My Lifestyle Photography packages are all inclusive which means you get all the digital images from your family photography photoshoot. I do offer prints (my sessions come with a printing credit too) but I also always create a digital slideshow for each of my families, so they can share their images easily with friends and family, near and far!

Take a look at this slideshow of a recent Melbourne family session I did. It captures the story of the family and their memories so well.

Thanks, Melbourne, and all the best for the new year!

I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me and my small business this year! It certainly didn’t go according to any plan I had envisioned but even still I had new opportunities for which I’m grateful and it’s all turned out okay!

I wish you and your family a fun festive season and a happy and healthy 2021!

xoxo
